Tickets for shows can be purchased in the following ways:
You can purchase online via Ticketweb – just click on the Ticketweb logo on the show you wish to purchase for.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, please contact the ticket vendor (i.e TicketWeb) for refunds etc
The venue is open on Sundays from 1-6pm for cash / cheque ticket purchases or for you to just pop in for a drink or to ask a question.
If you wish to buy in person at another time, you may do so after the advertised ‘doors open’ time on any gig day directly from the door staff.
Tickets can also be booked in person from Eastney Community Center in Bransbury Park – 50p per ticket booking fee.
Their opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am-3pm
Postal payments are also accepted. Please send a cheque payable to ‘The Cellars’ to: Box Office, The Cellars, 56 Cromwell Rd, Southsea, PO4 9PN. You must include a stamped, self addressed envelope for the tickets to be sent to you. YOU MUST ENCLOSE A NOTE TELLING US WHICH SHOW YOU ARE PURCHASING TICKETS FOR AND A MOBILE PHONE NUMBER. WE WILL TEXT YOU TO CONFIRM RECEIPT.
NB. if we receive a cheque fewer than 5 working days prior to a show, your tickets will be held for collection on the door.
Tickets may be reserved by phone 023 9282 6249 on the day of the show only – call 5pm onwards. They will be held for you until 30 mins after the advertised ‘doors open’ time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any card payments. If you need to get cash on the night of a show, there is a shop a few doors from the venue with a cash machine – open until 10pm.
